Our drivers don't just drive; they are DriversPlus. Part of building a successful logistics operation is investing in our people as much as they invest in us. The DriversPlus serves as our local salesforce. Using their knowledge and network in Rwanda helps us build healthy customer relationships and provide the best service possible.
Our DriversPlus are trained to cultivate customer relationships, care for the OX trucks, own their own depot P&L, business development, and community relations.
